Gusto Maintenance offers digital solutions to Shimano Service Centers in after-sales maintenance and service processes.

Shimano was founded in February 1921, when Shozaburo Shimano, a knife master from Sakai, Japan, aimed to develop metalworking technology. Today, Shimano has become a worldwide manufacturer of bicycle components, fishing tackle and rowing equipment.

Gusto maintenance was developed with the aim of digitizing the after-sales maintenance and service of Shimano Service Centers. Enabling to increase customer satisfaction and efficiency in the maintenance and service processes of Shimano Service Centers, Gusto maintenance now sets a global example with its launch at the All European Shimano Dealers meeting held in the Netherlands in the summer of 2020.

Gusto maintenance allows a workshop to control all stages from receiving a bicycle to service and delivering it to the user.
 

You can record your customers and their bikes coming to your service, manage your daily appointments, and organize your personnel according to the occupancy of your service. You can follow the service status through the maintenance forms you have created for the bicycles that have been taken into service. You can query the service history of that bike and previous transactions via the chassis number.
